We build primarily on GoHighLevel (GHL) with selective integrations (Stripe, Meta, Google, Zapier, webhooks). You own the GHL account, domains, and assets. We configure, document, and hand everything over at launch.

LaunchPad gets you live fast with a funnel, intake form, basic CRM, calendar, and 3-step follow-up. Automation Accelerator connects the journey end-to-end with multi-funnel workflows, reviews, cart recovery, lead routing, WhatsApp/SMS, and a basic AI chatbot. Sigma Scale adds membership portals, bilingual setup, courses, advanced reporting, onboarding automations, affiliate tracking, and full analytics attribution.

Timelines depend on asset readiness (copy, branding, offers) and feedback speed.

Core packages include structured, editable templates. Conversion copywriting, ad creative, and full ad integrations are available as add-ons. Most clients start with LaunchPad/Accelerator and add brand kits + copy as needed.

You’ll keep an active GHL subscription, and any usage-based fees (SMS/WhatsApp, email, Stripe/PayPal processing). We offer optional monthly care plans for optimization, reporting, and campaign support.

Yes. We integrate with Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, Google/Microsoft, Meta, Slack, Calendars, accounting tools, and CRMs via native integrations, Zapier, or secure webhooks. We’ll recommend the cleanest path based on your stack.

Basic imports (contacts, tags, simple deals) are included in Accelerator/Scale. Complex migrations (custom objects, legacy automations, multi-brand) are scoped as an add-on with a clear plan and test environment.

We can configure Stripe or PayPal, products, order forms, subscriptions, and checkouts, plus abandoned cart recovery (Accelerator+). Digital course sales and membership products are included in Sigma Scale.

Each build includes a recorded walkthrough, admin access transfer, editable docs, and a 7–14 day post-launch support window (package-dependent). Optional retainers keep optimizations rolling.

We follow best practices for data minimization, access control, audit logs, encryption in transit, and permissioned roles. We help you configure consents and retention policies aligned with GDPR/CCPA requirements.

Yes—Sigma Scale is built for agencies, nonprofits, and multi-brand companies. Expect multi-calendar, role-based routing, bilingual assets, and training for each team segment.

Projects typically start with a 50% deposit, with the balance due at key milestones or prior to launch. Because deliverables are custom, work is non-refundable once started—but we’ll outline scope and acceptance criteria clearly before kickoff.

Absolutely. We provide live or recorded trainings, SOPs, and quick-start checklists tailored to your workflows. Additional sessions can be added to any package.
